So, how do you turn those flabby thighs back into lean, mean, walking machines?
In her extremely popular book ‘Thin Thighs in 30 Days’ fitness expert Wendy Stehling says that exercising right is the only key to success if you want the toned thighs you dream about.
We’d like to help you out with some simple exercises that can help you back into your pants and out of that expensive gym membership.
Exercise 1: Walking
Yes, you read that right. Walking makes everything better. It clears your head and keeps you fit. Since anybody can figure out how it is done, we believe we should move onto the next exercise.
Exercise 2: Squats
Squats can do wonders to your thighs and the whole body. Some trainers even call it a perfect exercise (of course, when done with weights).
Just stand with your feet about hip-width apart. Bend as if you are sitting into a chair and stop just when your knees reach a 90-degree angle. Hold that position for a second or two and repeat for about 10 times.
Exercise 3: Stretches
Lay down on your back, and pull your thigh towards your chest using both your hands. Do not stretch too much, but pull it as much as you can take. Hold it for about 10 seconds and then do the same with the other thigh. Repeat it for 10 more times.
All you need is a balanced diet and a regular workout of these wonderfully easy exercises and you will get rid of Cellulite in no time.
