Eat less saturated fat
The body processes uric acid faster inside the body when you consume fried and greasy foods, dairy products, meat and other items high on fat. Sweetened and carbonated beverages also add to the levels of uric acid inside the body. They contain fructose which only enhances the levels of uric acid in the body.
