Use 2 bananas and mix them with berries (strawberries, raspberry, and blueberry), a stalk of kale, a few pumpkin seeds, and half a cup of water and process them in a blender. Drinking this smoothie will help you alkalize the uric acid and flush it out of your system.

Foods such as cucumbers, bell peppers, green leafy vegetables, cabbage, kiwi, yam, vinegar, beets, broccoli, tofu, almonds, cinnamon, sea salt, berries, pears, are fruits, vegetables, spices, and protein have an alkalizing nature that balances the acids inside the body. Eat less saturated fat
The body processes uric acid faster inside the body when you consume fried and greasy foods, dairy products, meat and other items high on fat. Sweetened and carbonated beverages also add to the levels of uric acid inside the body. They contain fructose which only enhances the levels of uric acid in the body. Corn syrup or any food package that reads HFCS on their labels must be avoided.
