Not just ailments it treats or brings about mental peace for a stress free life; Yoga is being evolved as a way to awaken the inner aura that beautify your appearance; strengthen the strand of hairs, purify blood and bless you with a naturally glowing skin.

Primarily it’s because we do not realize that most of our skin problems like pimples, acne, blemishes, dark spots, wrinkles, fine lines, under-grown hair follicle and black heads are indeed the harshness of modern day living reflected on us. Excessive stress, no-exercise, unhealthy food habits and various other imbalances in our body can’t be cured but by yoga we can at least getbeautiful skin that radiates from within; a glowing skin that you love to possess proudly.

Pranayam: (Simple breathing)
Breathing in the right manner is the first step for radiant and glowing skin. Kapalbharti pranayama is the best exercise suited for this purpose. 15-20 minutes every day should be enough to balance your body functions by increasing your lungs capacity which means more purified blood pumped into your system to keep you skin healthy and young from within.

ArdhaMatsyendrasana (Seated Twist):
Start in a sittingposition with both legs relaxed in front of you. Bend your right leg and plant the sole of your rightfoot next to your left knee. Twist your upper body to your left side, placing your right hand behind you about couple of inches away for support. Put pressure into the outside of your right knee with your elbow to increase the twist. Breathe intensely through your nose, and stay in the position for one minute, then repeat the same on the opposite side.

Matsyasana (Fish Pose):
Relax and lie on your back, feet together, hands placedunderneath the hips with palms facing down. Raise your torso to the hip plate to form an arch and bend your head backwards as much as you can to touch the floor. Now bring the elbows closer toward each other pressing them firmly onto the ground without moving your legs off the floor. Hold on as long as you can and undo the pose gently in reverse sequence. It vitalizes your neck muscles and upper body thereby increasing blood flow that has a fair contribution to get you a glowing skin.
